About Me

I was born in Les Cayes, Haiti. My mother was a nurse, my father was a lawyer, so only I had the imagination to explore the world of arts. I moved away from my native country during my teens, and that created a story of nomading. Its a lifestyle that connects my work to audiences around the world, but also gives me a a lot of inspiration as an artist.

I studied the craft of cinema in San Francisco, a vibrant city, filled with other amazing artists and inspiration alike. Through many collaborations there, I gained as much as experience as I could to develop my film language

My film language is backed by my skills as an oil painter. Painting is my first love. A single painting can tell a whole story, which is the vision I bring to the frame through lighting, sound design, makeup, wardrobe, cinematography, the acting and more. I enjoy making films that have rewatchable value, that to me is probably the most important part
